settxfee amount
Set the transaction fee per kB. Overwrites the paytxfee parameter.
Arguments:
1. amount (numeric, required) The transaction fee in ZEC/kB rounded to the nearest 0.00000001
Result
true|false (boolean) Returns true if successful
Examples:
> zcash-cli settxfee 0.00001
